Data processing addendum
When you use Dyzen Solar Suite, you are the Data Fiduciary for your leads, files, and team records. We are the processor.
We process that data only to run the workspace you subscribed to, to keep it secure, and to meet Indian law (including CERT-In log retention). Hosting is intended in India (ap-south-1) unless a later notice says otherwise.
You may request an export or erasure of your workspace from Settings or through Control Plane. Erasure uses a deletion hold so mistaken deletes can be reversed. Security logs that we must keep for 180 days are retained even after a workspace is closed.
You remain responsible for your own privacy notice to your customers (leads). This addendum only covers how Dyzen processes workspace data for you.
